The seller and the owner of the store said that the payments did not go through, although the money was debited from the card twice. I paid in cash. The owner told me to come the next day. When I arrived the next day, they told me that the payments had not been credited and nothing would be refunded to me, that I had to deal with the banks myself. I wonder which ones, Russian or Turkish? In short, they don't care. Upon arrival in Russia, I contacted a Russian bank, the bank confirmed that the money had been debited, and wrote an application for a refund. GO AROUND THE sec market STORE! THEY CHEAT AND/OR SCORE ON THEIR CUSTOMERS!
