The staff themselves are pleasant and polite, but you need to work very hard on the level of the cleaners, at least in terms of cleaning. And also remove this "apartment" approach and provide service (and restocking!!) regularly, not on request. Then the guests will have a chance to be remembered only from the good side.

We stayed here with a delegation while on a business trip from July 16 to 24, 2025. It was in the days when we arrived in Berdyansk that there were terrible problems with the water supply, constant accidents on the water pipeline. Accordingly, they sat without water. The hotel staff solved this problem as best they could by exposing barrels and five liters of water, at least for technical needs. A new hotel with comfortable small rooms. Near the Central department store, a large grocery store, within walking distance of the embankment with a large number of restaurants. There is a small courtyard on the territory where you can park a car or sit in the evening. The rooms are clean and cozy, the staff is helpful. Room cleaning is not carried out on schedule, but on demand. Consider this moment.
