Terrible service and rudeness. The salesperson (an older woman) divides customers into "friends" and "strangers": she warmed the pastries for the man in front of me, and when asked to heat up the rum woman in the bag, she barked: "They don't heat this, my dear." Not only did she yell, but she also excited people and discussed me in the back with the next customer. Familiarity, aggression, and a complete lack of communication culture. Ruined my whole mood for nothing. The saleswoman thinks she can decide what I'll eat warm and what's cold. I'll never come here again, even though I went to get honey on occasion.
