Two of the 4 packages have not yet been received. It's almost a year since it was sent. I can only get through the bot, I write complaints, I chat, I go to the PVZ, we make requests, it's been the same thing for 5 months now- at the sorting center or customs. As a result, we managed to reach out in the chat a couple of days ago-a Person answered- he said that the parcels were Disposed of due to the failure to provide some information! I haven't had any inquiries, Emails, or calls from the word at all!!! What kind of service is this. I demand proof from them - of course, they are silent. I'm calling, I managed to get through to a human, not a bot!!! Who tells me that I allegedly wrote an application for recycling myself!!! That is, I'm looking for parcels, making inquiries, hitting thresholds- and at the same time I wrote something???? This is already a fraud on the part of SDEC. I'm suing you for this attitude!!! It's just a nightmare. The parcels were sent from Pattaya to Vladivostok on July 21, 2025. I received two on November 27. From now on, I'm looking for the other two. Be careful when sending this service. I do not know who is to blame for the paperwork, the office in Pattaya or the office in Vladivostok. But the fact that it is SDEK's fault for not informing the client about delays, additional information, etc. is a fact!
