I applied on Saturday, February 21st. I came in two minutes before closing time. The operator refused to send it, explaining that it takes 15 minutes to send. She asked to get into the situation, explaining that she had come from far away. I received a categorical "no." I will never contact this department again. The operator is not allowed to work with people. She just doesn't know how to do it.

I wanted to pick up an item addressed to my husband. I didn't have my passport with me, just my driver's license. Based on the rules for receiving the shipment, you can get a code if the SDEC ID is connected, OR show your passport. It turned out to be a problem to receive the code, since the sender's number is Russian (interesting). We haven't even tried it, it's just words. She showed me the barcode, but the employee said she only needed a passport. Period. As a result, when she was leaving and talking to her husband on the phone, she said, "I won't come here anymore," to which she heard an employee's comment in the back, "that's right." I'm not justifying myself, but the attitude of the employee was simply amazing!)
