I came to pick up my parcel today, another employee was working, and a couple was sending 6 parcels in front of me. 10 minutes for 2 parcels. I waited, the employee didn't ask to pick me up or not. As a result, he left, went to the store, went home, returned to the SDEC in 20 minutes, and the cart is still there: the same couple is processing the shipment, and the queue has only increased.
