I highly recommend school21 for IT enthusiasts. Here you can see a new system, new approach to learn soft skills and modern professions that there is no teacher, no textbooks, all you should do is peer-to-peer learning and peer-to-peer teaching. Also, the campus is hi-tech designed, clean, works 24/7. Everything is free: PCs, water, games (tennis, playstation), its platform, volunteers(to ask something) and motivation also). If you don't have fundamentals about programming, it's not a problem, your peer will help you definitely.

This school allows students to learn programming for free. The staff and students are very friendly. I do not think such institutions exist in other countries. And even though it is a free to all organisation, the facilities are top notch
