In any case, do not go to this clinic. A year ago, I had a hair transplant, and the result is that instead of receding hairlines, I now have bald spots, and the back of my head is covered in scars. It's worse than when there were bald patches. I bought a British set for an additional 200 EUR, followed all the recommendations, and the result was terrible. No one said or discussed anything, and the translator (who called himself Max) was good enough until he was openly rude on WhatsApp when asked about the result. The hotel was under renovation, without breakfast, I had to go with an interpreter and look for some cafes to eat. It's not solved that way, although thanks for trying. If the promised result was not expected, why not discuss it, because the payment was made in cash without any payment documents after the procedure. In any case, do not contact there. And check with the contact person where the transplant will take place (in the forbidden network they do not immediately say the name of the clinic).
