I was at the Sberbank branch on a personal matter, hoping for help, but, unfortunately, I was faced with complete indifference and boorish attitude. The staff behaved rudely, talked down, and showed no interest in solving the problem. It feels like the customer is a burden to them, not the person who came for the service. I really hope that the management of Sberbank will pay attention to such behavior of the staff. With this approach to people, there is simply no need to talk about the quality of the service.
