It's a disgusting place. I waited in line for about an hour for the first time, in the end they told me to call some Igor and Sveta in Lugansk and find out for opening an account, because they don't know here. The second time I sat for 30 minutes and did not wait. I am writing this paragraph a day after the first one. To be fair, I want to say that I changed from one star to five thanks to Denis, an employee who did his job to the full 100,500 and opened an account for me.
