I have been to many branches of Sberbank in Crimea, the service is always on the level, all issues are resolved as they arrive. But guys, what's going on in Melitopol? The staff talks like they're doing me a favor. I applied for several questions, but was refused everywhere, although the bank provides these services. It seems that employees are not familiar with their duties at all and just do what they want.

Everything is fine, there are 3 ATMs and fast staff, although one of the three ATMs sometimes does not accept some bills, but everything is great!!!
