I am a client of this bank. Very polite and competent staff, a wide range of services provided. Besides, we have the only bank in Grodno where, as a foreign citizen, I was issued a debit card without unnecessary words and expressions. All other banks either refused or announced draconian conditions. I really liked the work of the bank's security service. I recommend you to cooperate.

It's an awfully long wait. This is just bullying! And the question is not for the employees, they try to work quickly. But how can there be ONE ticket office? First you go to one office, they promise to redirect you to the cashier, and then the wait is more than an HOUR! Management needs to consider opening another or even more cash registers. As a result, the Bank's image suffers and customer loyalty decreases.
