They forgot the card at the ATM, applied for withdrawal the very next day, and said the card would be returned within 8 days, as a result, about two weeks have passed. They informed me that they would receive notifications about the withdrawal and acceptance of the card by the bank, but in the end, nothing, all messages arrived only after calls to the support service. And when they came to pick up the card, the employees said that it was not there, although the operator said that it had been in the department for a week, and I had not received any information about it, they only said something after my calls. As a result, you have to wait a few more days because "the employee is not working these days"
