Disappointment. I contacted Director Elena by phone, told her about the problem and received a long-standing clear recommendation, Thursday morning. I assigned my case to Natalia, who contacted me only the next day in the afternoon, annoyed and not understanding what I wanted from her, after which she offered to send them a written statement of the purpose of my appeal, she received a response only after she began to call and remind herself on Monday. They sent a letter in which there is not even a greeting, a dry commercial offer without accompaniment, phone calls and explanations. If you think it's customer-oriented, keep it up. Deadlines have not been met, there is no interest in making money. Accordingly, draw your own conclusions.
