A great place to eat and relax. The staff, of course, does not speak the best Russian, but the service is at a decent level. The waiting time depends on the dish, but is usually no more than 10 minutes. The food is hot and delicious. Free bread is served with soups, if there is not enough, they will add it. The interior is in Chinese style, there is a sink for washing hands, however, there was no soap. There is a toilet. The room is neither hot nor cold, there is no smell of food, cleanliness. I recommend this cafe/Saigon!

Previously, every trip to the market ended with this establishment, but everything deteriorates over time, the toilet is closed (there is no water), you can't even wash your hands. I ordered chicken in batter, but they brought chicken with egg and cheese, the chicken was not tasty, obviously over-frozen with a taste of stagnant water. The portions have noticeably shrunk, before I could alone and not finish the whole portion, but now only the cabbage pleases, it has remained the same and is very tasty.
