I can find excellent borscht and other Asian dishes along with a line of shawernes in this etm cafe from morning to evening. Due to the status of the prosecutor's office building itself, there is a calm interior of the cafe hall, pleasant music (and always fresh and delicious food). The service is very, very fast if you ask to take out the lunch dishes as they are ready. The cafe is open from early morning until 21.00 every day.

Нашла это место исключительно по яндекс картам. Там нет вывески, только распечатанная табличка в окне возле входа) Хорошие цены за количество на тарелке. В целом было вкусно, по-домашнему, обслуживание быстрое. Такая хорошая столовка) Само помещение и мебель старые, но вайб присутствует)) Правда нас немного смутило, что в то время, когда мы пришли, там были помuнkи.

Not a bad Saigon. Nem and charan are big enough, and they're also delicious. The rice was yesterday's in the morning, but it was poured with a delicious sauce. Tom yam is worth the money. Ban bao was airy, with a meat filling inside with half a boiled egg. Minus the unpleasant "canteen" smell inside.
