The house was built according to the state program. The construction site was frozen for a couple of years. Then they completed it, to be honest, at random. Plus, there was a problem with the exploiters. As a result, there are problems with pipes throughout the house, as well as cold in places between sections. I am glad that the AXIS has taken over the house and everything is gradually coming back to normal. The biggest plus is the location. It is unlikely that real estate will ever become cheaper in the center of the capital. Within walking distance there are kindergartens, large supermarkets, pharmacies and everything you need on a daily basis
