But obviously, this is very difficult for inexperienced people.It is difficult for you to learn to insert a catheter into a paralyzed cat in one day.So at 25.07, I sent the cat back to the clinic and asked for hospitalization.When black was hospitalized, everything was fine, thank you to everyone in the inpatient department.The girls actively communicated with me and updated the results of the inspection in a timely manner. After three days of unsuccessful treatment of our puppy's unknown illness in another clinic, a friend advised Elena to contact the Cac, who literally understood what had happened and how she could help Eva without even seeing the dog! We went to the clinic the next day from the very opening, where we were examined very quickly and urgently and sent to an endoscope to extract a vein from the dog's esophagus, the yummy got stuck in the throat and did not allow the dog to eat and live in peace. Eva came out of the operating room and wagged her tail with happiness, even though she was staggering after the anesthesia. We continued to follow the doctor's recommendations, and a week later our Woof Hawk is already completely healthy, playing, eating and biting our nose in the morning! We will definitely contact this clinic and doctor Elena when we plan sterilization. I recommend it.

Only positive impressions - we have an anxious dog that resists any manipulation, and at the same time, absolutely all the staff was very friendly, calm and customer-oriented. All the examinations on the day of the operation, the doctors and the diagnosis were clearly in turn and recorded (they wrote it down themselves, they only gave us a list and a sequence), they did not wait anywhere. A detailed and understandable explanation was given for each examination. A cardiologist girl is generally the standard of positivity and professional ethics! The price announced in advance is the same as the actual price. The next day, I received a call asking about the dog's condition after surgery. I highly recommend the clinic! Everything is clear, professional and to the point. The price is average in the city and absolutely adequate for a multidisciplinary center with high service
