I do not advise buying Turkish insurance from Georgians, there are Vakif Bank ATMs at the border post where you can withdraw Turkish lira (Russian cards are not accepted - change money in advance). There is a window at the Turkish checkpoint where you can purchase car insurance, which costs 2,000 lira (3,800 rubles) for 45 days, and it costs about 5,000 rubles for Georgian helpers. After passing through the Turkish checkpoint, you can stop at the parking lot and enter the duty free. In Duty Free, you can buy only 1 liter of alcohol (wine, vodka, whiskey) and 2 packs of cigarettes - they will no longer be sold.
