Nice hotel. The rooms are clean, the bed is clean, the beds are comfortable. The rooms are warm in winter. The food is delicious, but it's too expensive for a hotel of this level.

The place is cozy, we took a one-room room and we liked it. The receptionists are polite, the rooms are clean. The young man and I really liked it, we will definitely do it again next time.

Dignities: The day is counted not from 14.00 to 12.00, but 24 hours from the moment of arrival. There is a shower and toilet in the suite for December 2023. There is hot water, the pressure is good. Apparently the hot water supply is central, so the water is constantly hot. It's warm in the room. There is a hairdryer in the room. The bed linen is really clean. The parking is fenced. The staff is polite. Disadvantages: Prices are the same as in big cities for some reason. A suite for 15,000 tenge per day. Breakfast is not included. And there is no functioning kitchen. The bed creaks. There is a little smell in the rooms. This is typical for old hotels. Towels and bathrobes are fresh, odorless, but washed. There is no kettle.
