I liked the hotel. I had a family vacation . There was something for the children to do, the animation was good, and there were various interactive activities. The adults also had something to do. I PERSONALLY liked the food, it was a varied lunch/dinner. The breakfasts are the same. The only thing I didn't like was breakfast time (I would like to sleep longer on vacation, and not get up at 6:30 for breakfast). Brunch at 10-11 was already "leftovers". I would also like to mention the daily cleaning and towel change among the advantages. The staff is friendly and helpful. Balinese women at the spa who do massages are simply a delight . 👍Spare no money and go . The territory is green, clean, and there are many interesting locations.

We've been vacationing since June 1, 2026 with my mom and niece . The hotel is very decent. Nice rooms, very well cleaned, always clean towels , pastels, floor, if something is over, you can ask - they will always give you a smile . The staff is very friendly everywhere, regardless of their functions, and the reception staff is always ready to help!!!! - As you arrive at the hotel and immediately have a very pleasant experience !!!! From the people , the atmosphere, the beauty around !!!! The kitchen is great !!! A large selection of dishes - everything is fresh, delicious, no poisoning or stomach upset!!! The waiters are fast, polite, smiling, they clean everything, offer drinks, create a feeling of comfort and that you are really welcome here!!!! There is animation , they offer to play various games , and an amphitheater with interesting programs in the evening !They do water aerobics ! The territory of the hotel is a special praise!!!! You will be pleasantly surprised!!!!! The hotel left only positive emotions!!! Sun beds can always be found free!!!! And by the way, a very important point is that I have not seen this in any hotel, although I have seen ads in some, but no measures have been taken (towels left overnight on the sun beds will be cleaned by the staff and then it will be a problem for those who left it) this is done so that people do not leave their towels overnight , in the morning , supposedly taking up places on sun beds , although they do not come for days , and other people have to look for a place for themselves , here in this hotel a person really collects towels in the evening from people who wanted to leave them overnight, taking up places in advance - this That 's a huge plus . The beach is comfortable to go to the sea - small pebbles (it won't hurt in special shoes ) , there is a special descent into the sea for the disabled and the elderly!!!! Thanks !!!! The hotel is worthy of the title - family! There is everything for beach lovers! The hotel is located far from the bazaars and all the sights, so we chose it to relax as much as possible from the hustle and bustle and enjoy the sea. There is plenty of food for every taste around the clock, the refrigerators are always full of bottled water, drinks and ayran. Gozleme and ice cream only after lunch. There are always sun beds on the beach and by the pool. Hammocks are one love. The animation is great, the zumba and evening shows are on the level! I was pleased that 90% of them are Europeans, in particular Germans and Estonians. There were few Russians, Kazakhs could be counted on the fingers. The cleanliness in the rooms and on the beach is perfect! Rescuers are on duty around the clock. I really liked that they didn't ask for a surcharge for changing floors. You couldn't see the sea from the second floor. Talshyn, a very pleasant Kazakh from Almaty, was at the reception, and I am grateful to her for her assistance! The hotel is great, we will come back with the family more than once.
