We stayed at this hotel from April 15th to April 28th.Our tour operator recommended it, but after reading the reviews, I got worried, I wanted to change the hotel, but Olga convinced us that we would not regret it.We had a room with a balcony, which was important because my husband smokes a lot.The view is just awesome! When we went to the beach, we took a towel for painting at the reception.The room is on the 11th floor, small but quite cozy.The disadvantage is that there are no shelves for clothes in the closet.Air conditioning,kettle, refrigerator.We cleaned every day, changed towels and bed linen (by the way, friends were at 4 * at the same time and their accessories were changed 2 times in 8 days).The beach is across the street, next to the Sapphire, 20 meters away.Exchanges,cafes, fruit sellers.The breakfasts were quite good, you won't leave hungry.And Vietnamese cuisine, delicious soups and banal fried eggs, tea, coffee, sweets, fruits...I don't understand people who write that there is nothing to eat.In general, we liked everything.By the way, no insects were seen in the room, as many write. The photo shows the view from the balcony.

We read a lot of negative reviews, but we decided to choose this hotel anyway because of its location, and we were pleasantly surprised that it was not a bad hotel. We lived on the fourth floor, we immediately took a room with a balcony, we paid extra for it, but it's worth it, the view is gorgeous on the sea. There are no insects, the room is really small, but quite cozy. Cleaning every day, changing towels too, also every day, they report a toothbrush with paste, shampoo, gel. The breakfasts are Vietnamese cuisine, I like it. The location of the hotel is simply gorgeous, the sea is 100 meters away, and the lotus is a 5-minute walk along the embankment. The policy of the hotel is to take the passports, give them back at check-out. A very good three, just take a room with a balcony and a good mood.

We stayed at this hotel from April 5 to April 15, 2026. Our room 1104 was on the 11th floor with a sea view and a BALCONY. So the morning dawns were ours and the sea was "within walking distance", and if you were too lazy, then go to the 16th floor and the pool with a tan before breakfast. Breakfast, you won't stay hungry, I like the PHOBO chicken soup better. We did everything we had to do about cleaning the room without complaints. When leaving the hotel, the Saphir store with Russian products is on the right, the Garden restaurant and cafe (a must-visit place) and a bunch of fruit stalls are on the left, and there is a pedestrian crossing to the Copper Horseman, a park and a beach area free of commercial umbrellas and sun beds, where there are many vacationers per square meter. less than in the area of the "Lotus". Now I know where to rest in April.
