It is divided into several sectors (3 floors each) by type of goods. We were in the perfumery sector. From November 1, 2025, goods began to be sold to all tourists flying from Sanya on direct flights to the Russian Federation. Almost all well-known perfume brands are represented, plus many Chinese ones. Judging by the goods we bought, the price is 20-30 percent lower than in Russia. Before you start buying goods in the departments, you need to register at the counter located on the 1st floor behind the stairs. They will ask for tickets and a passport. They will specify the flight number, date and time of departure. The goods will not be returned to the store, they will issue a receipt and bring it to the airport. They are issued after passport control at a special counter according to a written receipt. There is also a Tax free return point in the adjacent compartment. ! To receive it, do not forget to register the goods purchased with Tax free in the customs room: to the left of the check-in counters. We only looked at the receipts, we didn't look at the product itself. We went back by bus (express) for 12 yuan per person. By the way, it is very convenient to view all bus routes, bus stop locations, and timetables in the Amap app (there is a Russian language). If you walk (or drive for free) across the bridge from the shopping center, then there is also a large complex of shops, but this is (kind of) not Duty Free. There are no perfumes there.

There is another building across the bridge that has nothing to do with duty free, these are local retail outlets (nike, adidas, underarmor, Louis Vuitton) plus a food court there. There was a free bus from my hotel every day that departs at 15.00 and picks up at 20.00. In general, there is enough time to get around and find what you like. There are different opinions about whether you can buy or not if you are not flying from mainland China. I personally did not buy it, but after talking to the person who bought the perfume for himself (Sanya-Yekaterinburg flight), I said that he had no problems, the main thing is to register in the database at the main entrance (flight, passport) and then this product will be brought to the airport where you will receive it after check-in (just at the airport when I saw the duty-free packages, I asked where such an interesting purchase came from).
