I return to our place of rest, Nastya keeps everything clean, she works like a bee from morning to night, manages everything, is attentive to vacationers, will always help and prompt if any questions arise.It seems like she's been up for 24 hours. Armen is not verbose, everything is on the case, he is correct with vacationers, he is interested in how the rest is going, solves any issue, a kind, responsive person.I would like to say that this place is for those who are tired of the hustle and bustle of the city, quiet, beautiful, if desired, you can go on excursions to New Athos, Pitsunda, etc.you can take a bus, there is a bus stop nearby.We didn't sit still, we saw a lot of beautiful places, the nature is gorgeous.There are small requests to make cosmetic repairs to the houses, update the verandas, a shelf is required in the shower cabins, there is nowhere to put gel, soap, etc.In general, the impressions from the rest are positive, the location is wonderful, the beach is wide, all the conditions for having a good time have been created.Armen and Nastya, prosperity, grateful vacationers to you who will want to come here more than once!

In June, we had a rest at the Santa Sofia recreation center, located right on the beach. The place turned out to be ideal for complete relaxation and recuperation! The location is just a few meters from the beach, the recreation center makes it possible to quickly get to the coast, enjoy the sea breeze and stunning sunsets (with children a huge plus). The rooms are ideal for couples and families with children. (Air conditioning, TV, double bed and sofa). In addition to direct access to the sea, there is a wonderful swimming pool with clear water and comfortable sun loungers. There is a small children's pool for children (toddlers splash around under the supervision of their parents). The staff is friendly, helpful and ready to help at any time of the day. We can say that a trip to this recreation center was one of the best moments of our summer! We recommend it to everyone who dreams of the perfect combination of comfort and proximity to nature!

Good evening! This year we had a rest from 23.06-29.06 this is a wonderful place, thanks to the owners Armen and Anastasia, they contacted us with any question and helped us. The rooms are clean, as well as throughout the hotel, flowers are planted everywhere, a large kitchen where you can cook, there are any dishes and there are a lot of them. It was not the first time we had a vacation with a large company in July 2025. Every year Santa Sofia gets better, something new appears, but the hospitality remains, as always, at its best! The Internet is flying, the pool is heated, its own well with a generator provides clean and safe water, linen is changed - everything is for people, as always. Self-washing and ironing are free, a kitchen for self-cooking, dishes in abundance for any purpose, appliances, cups and plates in abundance. Two gas stoves and a slow cooker. There are plenty of gazebos, sun loungers and barbecues for everyone. There are refrigerators in the rooms, but if you bought well and something didn't fit, there is a freezer and a large communal refrigerator on site. The houses are insulated, so they do not heat up in the heat to the sauna state, there is no need to turn on the air conditioners at full power and be afraid that it will blow out. The sound insulation is excellent, you can't hear the neighbors. There is a large parking area for your cars. If desired and at a reasonable price, transfers, taxi services and excursions in comfortable cars with a high-class driver and safe driving will be arranged for you. In general, a lot of attention is paid to security in Santa Sofia. The pool is disinfected and illuminated in the evening, the territory is closed, the possibility for kids to jump outside is excluded (a gate with a tight door closer). Alakhadze's infrastructure includes many shops, including Turkish ones, pharmacies, cafes and canteens, a wide pebble beach without boulders, beach cafes and entertainment, kebabs, a pizzeria, a burger joint, rolls, shawarma, ice cream and pastry shops, tobacco kiosks, excursions. Catering is safe, many dishes in establishments are prepared in your presence, especially in beach cafes. There is a winery in the village with a shop where products are 25% cheaper than in retail. There is also a car rental in Alakhadzy, prices are the same as in Gagra. Buses run according to the schedule. Armen, the owner of the guest house, says so: We have a camp for children and their parents. Gazebos are nearby, 5 meters away, but the noise does not reach the rooms from there. The sea is clear. There are cafes and canteens nearby. Hello. We had a rest in June / July 2022. The base is excellent. We lived with the kids in a house, all the amenities in it. Clear. There is a separate place where you can wash and iron things. In general, it's like home. The sea is nearby, cafes are all nearby. The market is also nearby. Everything is within walking distance. It is a 2-minute walk to the sea. The base is quiet. And most importantly, the owner of the base is a very friendly and good person. Thank you very much. I definitely recommend it to everyone!!!

Unfortunately, the rest will not work due to the natural situation that occurred on the eve of 09.07.23. the base was flooded, and it was unrealistic to travel from Sochi to Abkhazia due to heavy torrential rains. There was no point in taking risks with young children. Having traveled over 2000 km with children 2 and 1 years old, we had to stop at Loo. We rested in Santa Sofia from 1.09.2020 to 09/6/2020, the weather is fine, the sea is clean, warm, the bottom is small pebbles, take the corals comfortably in them. Good friendly hosts, ready to help and prompt in any questions. The sea is close, fishing on the feeder (mullet pecks). There are no complaints about the numbers, everything that Khazyaeva claims is there and everything works. On the Santa sofia website. <url> has a review of the hotel there in detail. There is no cafe in the hotel, you can only cook by yourself, there is a freezer, refrigerators, a place for food in each room. There are shops, cafes nearby, and most importantly, there are few people on the beach in front of the hotel, you can take sun loungers from the hotel and lie around all day, take a beach umbrella with you. There are no canopies on the beach. The price for the room was 2000 rubles per night for 4 people. Not expensive for the first coastline. I recommend it!

We arrived home. We had a rest at the Santa Sofia recreation center. We have been vacationing for the eighth year in a row. It's such a great place, I can't even describe it. Purely by chance, I came across reviews that were recently published by people who subsequently did not rest in this house for a day, but left a huge negative on the site. We are shocked by such emotions of incomprehensible people. I'm booking this place already in January, because I understand that there won't be any places in the summer. Our family really appreciates a vacation in such a place, and now friends come and you can't get them out of there for dinner. So, draw conclusions.

I would not advise staying in this hotel, the room was not cleaned, the cleaner started being rude, we did not like the room and we asked for a refund, no one returned anything to us, the cleaner was drunk, go around this hotel, it is better to rent a house than a room for 4 thousand per day and still not fully cleaned There are houses not far from this hotel that are cheaper and the rooms are nicer and more comfortable
