They constantly ask how to do better. 4.Deck chairs, barbecue, skewers, new grates for frying. Everything is for comfort. 5. The place itself. Cape Pitsunda itself. Dolphins walk in schools in the spring. 6. The hotel itself is on the shore, around a pine tree. It's just an idyll. I stayed in different places in Pitsunda for many years. So far, this is the best place in the best of places and with the best hosts.

Not a location, but a dream. I needed a secluded place, far from the hustle and bustle, and I found it. Hammocks, swings - that's all I needed for a couple of days of my vacation. The rooms are cozy, you can, of course, add sockets or at least one extension cord to give. These are all comments, otherwise everything is great: the beds are normal, the pillows will also go for this price. They don't do the cleaning, but we didn't ask for it, it's definitely not necessary for 4 days. But I'm sure if we had asked, it would have been done. The beach is the most important thing - it's gorgeous, the sea is better than in Crimea, warmer and cleaner. The entrance to the sea is steep for the slow-moving, keep this in mind. Therefore, it will be very difficult for pensioners with a wand or overweight people. Sunsets are magnificent. Kitchen, dishes, everything is there. Tables for everyone with sea views, sun beds - all in large numbers for 12 rooms. There was a room with a view of the forest - at first I thought it would not be so beautiful, but I realized that this also has its charm, and we ourselves loved to sing songs at the tables on the veranda until 23 hours, respectively, rooms with sea views for those who do not sleep until midnight. So for those who like to keep their voices down, the view of the forest is perfect. The swings are so cool, the hammocks, so many videos and photos have been taken. In general, five out of five, just add an extension cord, otherwise there are not enough outlets. Otherwise, everything is great!

I had to communicate with the staff as a girl and a boy from Uzbekistan by the way they don't know Russian, but these are small things, but those rooms where we spent our holidays are terrible, the room is very damp, all the walls are covered in mold, you need to pay 500 rubles to wash your clothes or use a hair dryer, there is a lot of noise nearby, you can see the construction is going on and on the other side of the cafe they turn on the music as if deaf, clean air don't breathe, because they smoke and make barbecue from this cafe, and this smoke is all over my vacation, there are strong waves and wind at sea, and if you want to go swimming, you have to go through the boarding house to the bay- that's where a great place to relax is, think about it in advance before choosing, because the price is very expensive without food, and be prepared for regular passersby)) there are a lot of them here)) I don't recommend it.

A minute's walk from the territory of the military industrial complex Pitsunda, where there are various cafes and entertainment. The cypress Alley is also very close. Unfortunately, the advantages end there. From the very beginning, Dayana's excessive taciturnity confused me when booking via messenger. There is absolutely no initiative to attract a potential guest, to tell them about the hotel and the surrounding area. We had to find out any information ourselves. Most of all, the rest was ruined by the noisy company of vacationers at the same time. The shared kitchen is located directly under the shared balcony. Everything is very audible even through a closed door. We spent our entire vacation falling asleep to their drunken carousing in the kitchen. During the day, the company also made a lot of noise. Our requests to keep their voices down didn't work on them. During the week and a half of rest, the owners were seen only on the last day, there was only one worker on site. During the entire vacation, no one controlled what was happening at the hotel, no one considered it necessary to at least try to resolve the situation with indecently noisy guests. Knowing in advance about such audibility, they would have taken a room at the back, with a view of the forest. But Dayana did not tell about such nuances. The rooms themselves are even smaller than they look in the photo. In addition to the large bed, there was a bunk bed in the double room. It's just impossible to squeeze in there together. But there was no table. The bathroom was missing hooks, shelves, and a paper holder. It's very cramped, humid, and damp. On the day of departure, another unpleasant moment surfaced. In September, we were charged 5,000rubles per day to rent a room. After talking to other guests, we found out that they had rented a similar room for 3,000rubles per day... This is the owner's selective approach to pricing. The hotel does not have a fenced area and people are constantly walking there, every day they listened to questions like "Are you resting here? And how much does it cost?" The shared kitchen and balcony are rarely cleaned, it's a bit dirty there. The disadvantages greatly outweigh this money, the hotel is not worth it.

And if you manage to set up a TV, you still have to find the remote control. It is possible to ventilate the room from eternal dampness only during the day, because there is no mosquito net on the windows. As well as there are no spirals or other insect repellents in the room. If this suits you, then the windows will need to be covered with curtains, because there is no mirror film on the windows. Of course, if you like the looks of the passers-by residents, then you can stay in the room.
