I recently visited the Santa grocery store, which is famous for its pastries and its own production. Impressions remained mixed. Of the advantages: The baking is really great. The bread, rolls and cakes are fresh and delicious, clearly prepared with love and attention to quality. The range of products of our own production is also pleasing: everything is fresh and high-quality. However, there are significant disadvantages. Firstly, there are always long queues in the store. This is especially unpleasant, considering that there is only one cash register. Secondly, the staff often seems dissatisfied and irritable, which does not add pleasant emotions from shopping. As a result, I would rate the Santa store at 3 out of 5. The quality of pastries and products is excellent, but the service and organization of the cash registers leave much to be desired.
