I want to share an extremely unpleasant experience of interacting with the mother of manicure Anna. Instead of a comfortable procedure, there was a boorish attitude and absolutely unacceptable comments. Anna allowed herself to make rude statements and inappropriate judgments, including about my profession — why she decided that she had the right to impose her opinion remained a mystery. The atmosphere was so toxic that I barely made it to the end of the procedure. As a result, the mood was spoiled, and the impression was as negative as possible. I believe that it is important for a master, especially when working with people, to respect the boundaries of the client and observe basic ethics of communication. Unfortunately, in this case it was ignored. I don't recommend it.
