I really liked this place, it is very young, almost all with children. Hangouts around the pool from morning to night. At the same time, there are enough sun beds for everyone. 7 minutes to the sea. There is a kitchen on site with everything you need, there is a refrigerator with lemonade, beer and wine for a fee. There is a good cafe right in front of the hotel, which is kept by the owners of the hotel.

We visited this hotel in 2024 and decided to come in 2025 because we really liked it the first time! But!!! The hotel has been very tired for a year!!! It feels like there is no owner in the house! The boards by the pool are rotten, and it's dangerous for children to walk/run. The water in the pool is probably filtered, but it's not noticeable, clumps of hair were periodically pulled out of the water and there was always dirt or sand at the bottom of the pool. The kitchen is a separate topic!!! Cooking is unpleasant. The pans are all with ten layers of carbon deposits, there aren't enough pots, shouldn't you invest a little bit and upgrade all the dishes? The electric kettle is working, but its appearance leaves much to be desired! And he's ALONE!! One for 16 houses, kapets!!! In the kitchen, the trash can is constantly overflowing, respectively, flies and other insects are probably very happy about this) The kitchen is all greasy. In the refrigerator, no one cleans the food of the guests who have long since left the hotel. All this beauty is in the fridge with penicillin already, great! The gas in the kitchen tank periodically runs out and no one monitors this moment. Okay, maybe it does, but sometimes it has to be reminded of this! Electricity outage is a disaster!!! lights are turned off 2-3 times a day. And what does this mean - the air conditioner does not work, there is no water because the pump does not work (by the way, you can't flush the toilet either, great!!), there is no WI-FI (so buy a local SIM card right away, it helped out 100%). By the way, the maid is not coping with her duties, for two weeks we were not offered to clean the house! We didn't set it up much, we cleaned it ourselves. Resume: It's a great place, but it's been ruined for a year!!!! If earlier, in 2024, 9,000 rubles was at least somehow justified by a new hotel, now it is indecent to charge such a price!!! There are many other options in Alakhadzy for a lower price!!! The funny thing is, it doesn't take a lot of investment to eliminate these shortcomings! It is unclear why this is not being done. Have a good rest!!!

The hotel does not even pull a three! I have never met such a hotel in my life , we travel a lot with which to compare . We rented a luxury house for 9 thousand , the result: the room was never cleaned in 8 days, the garbage was not cleaned (they took it out themselves), the doors jam so that the neighbors opened when they knocked on the windows , the pool is a separate story - garbage, children spit there, poop and they do not wash it from the word at all (at all the children had rotavirus ) The pool has not been cleaned for 8 days . We wrote a complaint to the hostess , but she didn 't even respond ! Think before you go to this hotel -1 The manager of the Bacha is sleepless , scandalous ! Special thanks to Kristina (she was the only one who helped us get through this vacation)
