This is our first time in Abkhazia and we were very happy to stay in Sandra. The managers are super. All issues are resolved at the first request. They are very friendly and endearing to people. And educational excursions will be organized and any problem will be solved. The rooms are very cozy and clean. The pool is a big plus. It's always clean. There will always be feedback for any question or request. I really liked it. There is a bar. Friendly atmosphere. The sea is close. The sea is clear even if there are waves. That doesn't always happen in other places in the Krasnodar Territory or Crimea. We rested for 11 days, of which only 1 was not at sea because of the rain. I really want to come back here more than once, and specifically to Sandra. Thank you so much Andrey and Oksana!

Отличное место! Если вы предпочитаете спокойный отдых, без толп, тусовок, вам сюда. Номер удобный, просторный, чистый. Есть недочеты, но совершенно не критичные. Море рядом, чистое, бирюзовое. Магазины и кафе тоже в шаговой доступности. Персонал, Светлана и Роман, адекватные отзывчивые люди. Всегда на связи. Спасибо!

Hello everyone It was that year, we had a chance to visit this hotel! I'll probably be a little brief.: 1) the sea is clear and it is very close 2) The rooms are very cool and clean 3) The hotel staff is polite and positive 4) there is a bar with a variety of drinks, both stronger and just for children 5) there is a swimming pool, which is important, and the pool is well maintained, serviced and clean 6) the nature around is a separate conversation, it's just gorgeous!!! 7) a cozy nice place in general Conclusion: the place is suitable for both family vacations and company vacations! With children, too, the rest will be wonderful! The place is vibrant, green, clean, and beautiful. the sea is close, the sea is clear, dolphins are not uncommon there! We didn't regret choosing this particular place, but we have something to compare it with the entire Black Sea coast. The prices for accommodation were also very pleased! There are no problems with excursions at all! Would you like to go back there again? Of course!!! This is one of those places where you want to return!
