I would like to write a review about this sanatorium. I read a lot before booking. Everything is different, of course. A lot of negative ones. What I want to say. I liked it here. I chose a budget vacation with a child. The food is varied and delicious. The room is clean. We had a standard. It turned out to be huge for two people with a child. There were a couple of moments when the lights were turned off, for example, but in general it did not prevent you from relaxing. Someone wrote that the sea is far away. I'll say this, with the 6th child, it's 10 minutes to the sea. Yes, through the railway, on which trains run once every 3 days. It's really safe there. The staff is polite. I don't know about the others, but everything is fine with us, they helped us navigate everything.

We had a 9-day vacation in July 2025, and we are generally satisfied with our vacation. I liked the location of the sanatorium, near the shopping center, the embankment with the Ferris wheel, the market, etc., there was always a place under an umbrella and sun beds on the beach, just take your towels. The room was 601 on the 6th floor. I agree with all the positive aspects in the previous reviews.: you can't hear the neighbors, the room is spacious and clean, if you keep it clean yourself, the balcony is large with a dryer, towels and bed linen were changed 1 time. There were enough cupboards and bedside tables to hang and arrange things, I always take extra hangers on trips and this time they didn't hurt, they only had 3-4 of their own. The elevator always worked, they went to the dining room 20-30 minutes after opening or later, always without crowding and all the dishes were replenished instantly, only sometimes it was necessary to say the girls who worked there ran out of dishes and everything was brought immediately, including fruits (apricots, fig peaches and plums were on our vacation). The sanatorium is undergoing renovation of the 7th floor, there will be family rooms. We lived at 6 and we couldn't hear the repairs. We need to repair the ground floor, where there used to be a swimming pool and other infrastructure. Of course, we need to repair the area in front of the sanatorium building - the area with the fountain and the area in front of the entrance to the 1st floor. We went to the hydrogen sulfide baths, where the room and equipment also require repair. We also need air conditioning or at least fans in the halls, especially on the 1st floor at the reception. Lowered one star: 1. for the lack of chairs in the room and on the balcony (there was one plastic stool), 2. for poor cleaning of the floors in the room and on the balcony - the cleaner will take away the dampness and will not wipe), 3. For a spontaneous garbage dump on the territory near the gate. And complaints about the organization of the transfer (Pegasus tour operator): 1. why are vacationers with luggage not taken to the back entrance, where they immediately get to the reception? We arrived at 12 a.m. and had to walk in the dark from the gate through the territory and then up a very high and steep staircase with suitcases, and someone with children in their arms. They picked us up from the hotel just from the back gate. Who will go, keep in mind and insist on proper transportation. 2. The transfer to the airport picks us up very early, we were picked up 6 hours before departure, while a few hours before the transfer it was known about the flight delay of 2 hours, that is, it turns out that we were picked up in 8 hours! We stayed at the Sana Hotel from June 4 to June 12, 2025. We were satisfied! Despite the exterior of the building, the guest rooms have been renovated, the beds are equipped with comfortable mattresses, air conditioning, TV, mini fridge, hair dryer. Shower accessories and toilet paper are replenished in the bathroom every day. The package includes 3 meals a day according to the buffet system, a beach with sun loungers, WI-FI. Treatment can be purchased for an additional fee. The dishes in the dining room are designed for different tastes and ages. Breakfast includes cottage cheese, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, a variety of cereals, sausages, boiled chicken, casseroles, sour cream, condensed milk, jam. For lunch there are 2 types of soup, 4-5 types of salads, meat dishes from pork, chicken, beef, fish, several types of side dishes. Salads, meat dishes, side dishes are served for dinner, biscuits and biscuits, fruits are offered for tea. Dishes can always be supplemented with various spices and sauces. There are always fresh and salted vegetables on the menu. Drinks to choose from: water, packaged black or green tea, instant coffee, milk, fruit drinks, kefir in the evening. The hotel administrator Liana is attentive to any request of the guest. Guests should keep in mind that the hotel is undergoing internal renovation work, but the maids keep the corridors and rooms clean on a daily basis. It should also be noted that the hotel is located on the third line, 10-15 minutes from the sea. As comments and suggestions: increase the number of towels (there are medium-sized ones for feet); hang a curtain in the bathroom; move the smoking area from under the hotel windows (the smell of tobacco prevents guests from nearby rooms); continue the reconstruction of the hotel.
