The management of the restaurant "Samruk hall" From a guest of the banquet (70th Anniversary), held on April 17 this year. claim I hereby express my categorical dissatisfaction with the quality of service and the organization of staff work during this celebration. Despite the high-quality cuisine, the service did not match the level of the establishment, and the behavior of the staff was a bit rude and unethical. Please pay attention to the following egregious violations: The presence of strangers and chaos in the hall: During the event, acquaintances (probably former employees) came to the waiters unhindered. They talked loudly and behaved like at home, creating the atmosphere of a courtyard at a private party. Unauthorized photography: There were outside photographers working in the hall who were not hired. They misled the guests: people thought it was a hired photographer, posed for them, and then demanded money from them. Disruption of professional photography: Due to the actions of these "photo sellers", the footage of the hired photographer was ruined. During the group shots, the guests did not know which camera to look at, which is why in most of the photos we paid for, people have a distracted look ("squint eyes"). Even before the last guests left, the waiters began hastily and defiantly clearing the tables. Moreover, they began to collect food and take it to the back rooms for personal consumption. I remind you that all the food was fully paid for by the customer and the staff had no right to dispose of it. Lack of administrative control: At the most crucial moment, there was no administrator in the hall, who was supposed to stop the inappropriate behavior of subordinates and outsiders. I believe that such actions by the staff have damaged the festive atmosphere and the reputation of your restaurant. The customer paid for a premium service, but received disrespectful treatment. Whether you conduct an internal investigation or not is your business. But you just need to give an answer about the measures taken. We booked a banquet for 50 people in this hall. Everything went great. Good waiters and friendly staff. There are no questions about the food, everything that was ordered was at a high level.
