A very cozy and soulful restaurant at the Samal Resort Hotel, the menu includes both national cuisine and European dishes. The food is delicious, the portions are large, and the prices are reasonable. Wonderful staff, special thanks to Sultan Bahodir for the smiles and friendly service.

We just returned from the city of Almaty. We stayed at the Samal Resort&Spa hotel. And, of course, we visited the Samal restaurant more than once. Pleasant atmosphere. The interior is in the Kazakh national style. It's very cozy. The food is delicious. Prices are above average.

Unexpectedly nice hotel. The breakfasts are excellent, the food in the restaurant is delicious. The spa is not bad, but it would be nice to have hot water in the zacuzi. The baths are good. A great place to just relax, as well as for events. I would especially like to mention the staff, all the guys are cool and work from the bottom of their hearts and at a high level. I visit many restaurants and banquet halls, but I respect them myself. Zhansaya is a super administrator. Rinat the technician is also a handsome man. We celebrated a friend's birthday at this institution. I really liked the food, the service, and the atmosphere. The waiter guys were very courteous, answered all questions about dishes and drinks. I like the restaurant, we hold various events there. They cook delicious food. BUT I don't like that they keep birds in cages there. The last time we were there, there was live music, so there was one bird that climbed into its empty bowl, sweated all the way or this bowl with water was.
