It's not a quick trip from Pattaya, but it's worth visiting this beach. It takes about forty minutes to get to Lan Island by pleasure boat from Bali Hai Pier. There, take a tuk-tuk to the beach on the opposite side of the island in 10 minutes. Choose a canopy with sun beds on the beach and you can relax until 15.00. Then it is advisable to return to the pier before 16, so that you can leave for the mainland before 17.00. The water will pleasantly surprise you with its absolute transparency and temperature of 34-36 degrees (no joke). You will not see such water on the beaches of Pattaya. I recommend.

We liked it. There were 2 days in April, one day there were waves, my daughter jumped up and was just happy, the next day the sea was calm and I swam. The beach is clean, access to the sea is comfortable. It is better to take a hotel for a couple of nights to swim longer. The beach empties with the departure of the last ferries, it's good to walk at sunset. Marina, a beautiful pig, lives on the beach and can be fed. Pay attention to the inscription on the side, Marina is free and alone)

We got there in a passenger pickup truck (tuk-tuk) - at first we announced 40 baht per person, eventually we went for 30. This is a common practice for Koh Lan. The beach itself left a pleasant impression. The water is comfortable in temperature, clean enough, the entrance to the sea is smooth - it is convenient to swim. The beach is civil: sun beds, umbrellas, everything is organized. The beach is big. There are more people in the central part, but if you walk further along the coast, it will be quieter - you can find a place without crowds. Many people come here by tuk-tuks or scooters, the road is simple. There is a place to have a snack on the beach - without gastronomic delights, but quite nothing. In general, Samae is a good option. And the full note is t.me/VokrugSvetaZaUikend
