The Worst service. Rude staff. I have been a loyal customer for Years, but they don’t even care about it and will easily reject you every single time in every single request, feels like they are even enjoying to reject. then it will turn out it IS possible to do the simple requests, actually when you ask for logic. They mess up and never ever apologize or try to fix. Not service and customer oriented AT ALL. I do give a chance every single time but this is the very last time. Horrible staff .

We were in January . First of all, it's terribly cold , maybe the problem is that they put us near the window , we were sitting in jackets . We arrived after 9 , there were no many positions , and in general the menu is small , if there are any positions , I don't even know what is there , the price tag is too high , the design was not surprising. The only one + good music, like it. I would come back here in the summer to the veranda with a view of the cascade to eat dessert and drink a cup of coffee, that's it)
