An absolute gastronomic pleasure) A young man and I came from St. Petersburg to stay in Minsk for 5 days, and by chance we went into this restaurant. We enjoyed it so much that we came here again during our short stay in the city) The restaurant itself is very cozy, especially on the second floor. The waiters are very kind and friendly. 🤍 We tried hummus with shrimp, and it was so delicious that we took it on the second visit... Of the main dishes, I took pike cutlets with mashed potatoes... it seems such a simple dish, but again, I liked it so much that the second time I took it, too And my young man, for the first time, he tried risotto with scallop and cauliflower from the main dishes, and he was also very satisfied. In general, it is a wonderful place that we will be glad to return to when we find ourselves in Minsk again)

I really liked the appetizers - tartare with salmon, roti with eel are simply divine! The roast beef salad was also incredible, especially the dressing. Unfortunately, I didn't like the main dishes that much. The salmon steak was delicious, but the foam was too bright, clogged the taste of the protein, and the puree resembled baby pumpkin puree from a jar. The risotto was good, the rice was cooked right, but the small scallops were upset, even though they were cooked well. Cauliflower seemed superfluous in this dish. Nevertheless, I would recommend the place to visit, it is possible that we did not guess the main positions, but snacks are what I would come back for!
