The Salamat residential complex made a generally positive impression. The territory of the complex is landscaped: there are playgrounds, walking areas and plenty of greenery. The courtyard is closed, so it's pretty quiet on weekdays and evenings, and children can safely play on the playgrounds. The quality of the construction can be assessed as good: the entrances are clean, the decoration is neat, the elevators work without interruptions. Communications are functioning stably — there were no problems with heating or hot water during the stay. The layout is well thought out, lots of light, good views from the windows on the upper floors.
