We were with the company on January 01. To say that I was delighted is an understatement! Everything is perfect in this place: from the incredible taste of the dishes, their serving to the super cozy interior. The staff is polite and very attentive to every visitor. I will definitely return to this place because of the amazing serving of borscht. It has remained in my heart. And trout with vegetables is incredibly delicious! Well, sweet khachapur became the cherry on this cake (it is with figs). Be sure to try it in this place. I have already recommended this restaurant to my friends for future visits to Abkhazia.

Very atmospheric and cozy place, the service is at a good level, rarely seen like this in Abkhazia, but every year things change for the better 🙏🏻sympathetic personnel ( special thanks to the waiter Catherine🙏🏻) we liked the kitchen , nice flow, good cookware, thanks to the Chef for the delicious and varied dishes🤝 I will definitely be back❤️

I love this restaurant for its atmosphere, comfort and interesting dishes. Once in Sagum, you will immediately feel how much work, love and care have been invested in this institution. Each dish here is a small gastronomic discovery: unusual combinations of flavors, beautiful presentation and attention to detail turn dinner into a real pleasure. It is clear that the kitchen works with its soul and strives not just to feed the guests, but to pleasantly surprise them. And if the taste of the dishes is a matter of personal preference, then it is simply impossible to resist the charm of the staff. Their sincere hospitality and care make this place truly special, where you want to return again and again.
