Buns, samsa, etc. are all very tasty. I've been ordering sea buckthorn tea lately. But I can say that it is necessary to add different teas with the addition of fruits to the assortment, as in the KZ. Here you can buy ready-made semi-finished products (katlama, dumplings, cheesecakes and nuggets). But they've been stagnating with cakes lately. The taste has changed. The design is beautiful. But the taste is no longer surprising. We recently ordered a bento cake with raspberry filling, and we ended up making it with cherries. I realized that this was a mistake. So in general, everything is fine. And they have a funded system! This is also commendable. We often take Napoleon to them. By the way, they also have a point at the airport. It was very convenient and nice to see their brand there. My wishes are to develop further, do not stand still. Look for new flavors!

Safia is a typical cafe in the economy segment. And you can feel it in almost everything, from desserts to the main cuisine. Cakes and desserts are not impressive at all. It feels like a lot of margarine, flavorings, and other food chemicals are used. The taste is as artificial as possible. Personally, I would not recommend taking desserts there at all. It can be seen that the cost of products is underestimated to the limit, and the business is built on a low price and a large flow of people. The situation with food is about the same. Everything is very mediocre. Products of medium or frankly low quality are used, which is why the dishes have neither the normal depth of taste nor the feeling of high-quality cuisine. Coffee and drinks are also weak. Yes, their prices are affordable, and for some it may be a plus. But if the quality of food, coffee and desserts is really important to you, then there are a lot of much better places in Tashkent. It's a little more expensive, but the level is completely different. In general, Safia is just a very average option for the mass segment, nothing more.

On Sunday, we were walking around Tashkent and wanted to have a snack. I immediately thought of Safia — I really love their desserts. We came to the nearest point, but unfortunately there was a staircase at the entrance. And there was no sign of a ramp. We decided to go to another Studio. But it's the same story there too.: high stairs and no accessibility. It was drizzling outside, and the steps were slippery. As a result, my husband had to lift me up with the stroller. It's scary and dangerous. But all you need is one ramp. There is enough space at the entrance. The pastry shop itself is excellent. It's bright, clean, and cozy. The staff is very polite, everything we ordered was very tasty. But... the feeling of bitterness remained anyway. I'm not writing this to complain. I want places like Safiya to become even better. More accessible. After all, it's not about comfort — it's about the basic opportunity to be a part of society. @safia_uz, I really like your establishments. But please think about accessibility. This is important — not just for me. There are enough people like me. And we also just want to go to our favorite cafe. Without risk and stress.

Sofia may not have been expensive before, but she was also affordable for her own money. Now prices are rising and the quality is still cheap. The only delicious things are cherry and apple pies. Safia on Hamid Olimjan is now on my blacklist. They simply did not have soap in the toilet, and when asked to bring soap from the kitchen, they also replied that they would not be able to. Which boils down to the question of whether they even use soap themselves in the kitchen. The quality of the dishes has also deteriorated in price/quality compared to what was there a couple of years ago. For the same amount or cheaper, but tastier and most importantly cleaner, you can eat at Tarelka bistro or a similar establishment nearby.

A separate point is related to the landing. Before I sat down, I had to stand for about 5 minutes and wait for the table to be cleaned and wiped. I was right next to the waiters, but they didn't react in any way. It was only after I loudly asked to be cleaned that the place was ready. It looks strange for an institution of this level. In addition, at the next table, a woman asked for the bill at least five times, but she was simply ignored. This attitude spoils the impression, despite the excellent cuisine.
