Sadık Usta is a four-story restaurant complex. What makes this place special is its quiet and peaceful yet central location, along with the excellence of its service quality. It’s clear that the owner has many years of experience in hospitality and is an expert in presenting Turkish culture. I can guarantee that when you come here, you will definitely receive the same warm and professional service that you would expect from high-quality establishments in Turkey. All the staff speak Turkish, and the chefs have come directly from Turkey. There is a tradition in Turkey where some restaurants serve homemade-style dishes, and on the ground floor here you’ll find exactly that — an ‘esnaf lokantası’ where you can choose from a variety of delicious home-cooked meals. In addition, you can order all kinds of kebabs and desserts. Some floors are reserved for business meetings, large groups, and events, so you can organize any type of gathering here. The top floor offers a fireplace and a beautiful city view, and in the winter it becomes a cozy spot. This floor is also designated for smoking and shisha. There are enough staff, and they are very familiar with the menu. Each table has a call button, and waiters arrive within two minutes. The toilets are clean, and there is plenty of parking space. The food is very tasty. One thing I witnessed here, which is something you rarely see even in Turkey nowadays, is that the owner himself, elegantly dressed, goes around to every table to greet the guests and ask how they are doing. This is a true sign of the high level of organization, care, and value given to customers. I can confidently say that with its service, quality, refreshing design, and delicious food and desserts, this place is not only one of the best restaurants in Almaty but also the best Turkish restaurant in the city. My congratulations to the owner, the staff, and the chefs
