Good cafe, reasonable prices, beautiful view of the Bosphorus, no extra charges for boarding and line. Pay with cash and card, as you wish. A lot of locals are sitting there. The waiters are certainly not very efficient, but I think this is due to the huge traffic and queue at the tables. And so the view is super
