Very nice studio, in the city center, brand new, everything is so stylishly and neatly done. Very cozy atmosphere. Tea, dried fruits, a comfortable sofa - a buzz before or after class. I tried yoga and sound therapy with them - I really liked both classes . I recommend it to all lovers of yoga and aesthetics!

We had a training session with Pilates master Svetlana - I really liked it! Attentive, professional attitude to the training process and exercise technique The atmosphere of the place is incredible, every detail is thought out and plays its role. After a workout, you can enjoy four cups of tea to choose from along with nuts / dried fruits - very tasty! I will definitely go to training here, although it is not cheap, but it is worth the money.

For me personally, this is the discovery of an amazing space of silence and comfort. Interior, quality practices and service. I had a massage with a gift certificate, it expired a little, they went to a meeting and let me use it. Ekaterina did a wonderful massage at my request. I'll definitely come back. Thank you for having such places in Minsk!
