Отличный вокзал, хорошее кафе, туалет, привокзальная площадь, где можно сразу взять такси, отличные водители, очень коммуникабельны!

Вокзал красивый, всегда очень чисто, на стенах большие картины, где нарисована история Котласа и знаменитые места. Есть кафешка в самом вокзале, чистенько, вкусно, но цены дороговато конечно, хотя это же вокзал, все как везде.
