If you talk to the seller for a long time, try the product and then don't buy it, they may be offended and affability will be replaced by resentment. On the 2nd floor, in the cheese department, they sold stale cheeses when they had already decided to take a little out of politeness. They tried it at home and threw it away. It is better to take it in shops and benches at home, imho. The price is not much different, but psychologically no one is pushing.
