(+) - located in the city center - the building is beautiful and decorated with marble or travertine and basalt from the outside and inside too - close to the supermarket, etc. (-) - the noise of the river makes it difficult to sleep properly, although some people like to sleep under the sound of the river, so to speak; - there is no kettle, tea leaves And so on in the rooms, and when I said this, the hostess was very surprised, he said that they did not put in the rooms, especially in other hotels where I visited (and I visited a lot of guests in Armenia, Russia, USA, Holland, etc.). In the end, he gave me gold.the kettle and the tea leaves are loose (I just took them out of the tea pack with my fingers and scattered them into the electric kettle) - The place is noisy on the street, - There is no parking near the hotel.:- there are always taxi drivers there and I told the owner of the hotel about it, he drove his Merc away and after that only I could put the car. Although there is a new building in the center, I will go there as a last resort if I cannot find other hotels..Maybe I don't like a noisy place, but it's better to relax in tyshina after work than in noisy hotels.
