Among the many restaurants of Georgian cuisine, we always choose the Rustaveli restaurant as a place with a soul. Khinkali is perfectly prepared here - tender dough, lots of filling and broth. An atmospheric summer terrace with a view of the church of Simon and Elena. And the most important value of Georgian culture is hospitality, we want to mention Victoria, everything is attentive, cultured and fast. You feel welcome.

We visited this institution on May 10, 2026. The interior is normal, the food is terrible. They ordered sea buckthorn tea, and it was brought in glasses, so sweet that it was impossible to drink. There was a pike perch with mashed potatoes, it felt like the fish was just boiled and sprinkled with spices, not grilled. 5 minutes after eating, terrible heartburn began, although I do not suffer from such problems at all. Waiting for the dishes is about half an hour. And the same amount to bring the bill. The overall impression is disgusting: they carry it for a long time, the food is not delicious, and the waiter waits a long time. There's even a lot of one star. Think a hundred times before you go to this institution. And small midges were flying around the table.

We celebrated a birthday in our company. Wonderful Georgian cuisine. European is still not their specialty (pike perch steak). Excellent homemade Georgian wine. But khinkali is too big. Two 70g each would be better than one 140g each. One of the disadvantages is the long serving of dishes and the inattention of the waiters. The room is small and the live music interfered with communication. But overall, everyone liked it.
