The bathroom has soap and disposable shampoos, a shower room, and hot water all the time. There are also 2 air conditioners in the room, although only one worked, the TV shows a lot of channels. The staff is polite and considerate, they answer all questions. Recommendations for improving the service: slippers and bathrobes in the room, free sun beds, deck chairs, you can add disposable shower gels.

The room here is basically simple, but you can't stay in a hotel all day, so that's enough, the view from the window to the mountains is amazing. There is a dining room across the street where you can have a delicious and inexpensive meal. The rooms have an electric kettle, hairdryer, two air conditioners, mini fridge, TV. Of the disadvantages, the breakfasts here are not very good: sweet porridge, tea, sweet / sandwich, as well as breakfast only on the veranda, which rusted after a storm about three years ago. There is also a shared balcony for everyone, and not individually for each room, which does not allow you to always keep the balcony open.

Near the hotel there is a beautiful well-groomed territory with gorgeous roses, trees - everything is surrounded by greenery. There is a fountain in the center. There is a table and gazebos around it. Even in the scorching heat, it's cool! The cafe has excellent cuisine and a varied menu. The cook is from God! Seriously!) We tried the Abkhaz-style hodgepodge, neck kebab, grilled salmon, flatbread, khachapuri... it's in a few steps) We ordered homemade lemonade with ice every time - it's just magical!) The wine was always chilled to the right temperature) The tables are clean, the dishes are beautiful, the service is at the restaurant level! The prices are pleasantly affordable! Coffee is a hundred rubles cheaper than in the hotel where we stayed. The owner and his wife are a nice sweet couple, they always said hello) The waiter girls are just lovely! In shape, neat, friendly service, always support the conversation, if necessary, advise!) There is no such thing as in some cafes- sell more and more expensive! The portions are large! For example, we somehow overcame one portion of shish kebab ... it was juicy and very tasty ... but we had to take the second one to the hotel) They packed it for us in a convenient container, put everything in a bag and there were napkins in addition! The music plays in the background, unobtrusively and to the fullest! I want to mention the waiter Dana!!! I hope she reads our review) Dana is a very sincere, tactful and wonderful girl!) She greeted us old ladies like relatives) You know, there are people who are warm-hearted and who know how to greet you as if they were just waiting for you??) Here is Dana - just such a person!) And she is in our heart) On the way, on her advice, we ordered lunch, taking into account the flight delays, which turned out to be useful to us) Conclusion!) If you are in Gagra, visit RUSLAN's cafe! And don't forget about homemade lemonade in a steamed jug.… There's mint, lime, orange and some other delicious fruits.
