The pool is temperature-free both in winter and summer. The only one in the whole huge village !!!! Even the cheapest and oldest houses have this option. It was opened only recently, although it was promised a year and a half ago! Draw conclusions from the rest of the promises from the developer.... Special attention is paid to the materials inside the houses. Before you invest, look at the plumbing and the paint on the walls.… The air conditioner and water pump barely survived for a year and a half And here's a video of the court, which has been built for half a year and still can't open....
