Exceeded all expectations! Our stay at *Rufus Lodge* has become a real fairy tale! The hotel impressed from the very first minutes: incredibly attentive and friendly staff, who are sensitive to each guest, helping with any issue — from accommodation to leisure activities. * The professionalism and sincere involvement of the staff create the feeling that you are visiting old friends. The rooms are perfectly clean, everything is sparkling, the bed and towels are as good as new, and the cleaning is discreet but always timely. The comfort is at the highest level! I would especially like to mention the organization of the New Year celebration — it was just magical! The atmosphere of warmth, bright, soulful program, treats and lively communication made this evening unforgettable. Everything was organized with soul and attention to detail. *Rufus Lodge* is not just a hotel, but a place where you want to return.
