All employees are without badges, it is impossible to understand who the janitor or the head of the department is sitting in front of you- everyone is equally incompetent. It is possible to pay 11 rubles so that they can write all the forms themselves by the passport officer - okay, they paid, but on all the forms, after filling out by the employee, there are traces of the proofreader and strikethrough. I am 8 months pregnant, and when I turned up, I asked my boss to clarify whether it is possible to contact the passport officer one at a time, because it is quite difficult to sit in line, and the boss's answer is "I do not know, I cannot help you." I've never seen a worse organization, after spending half a day and a lot of nerves, the issue has not been resolved. Would you ever think of making an online time record? Or an electronic queue? 1 star is a gift for this organization, they don't even deserve 0 stars with this kind of work.

Есть действительно ответствнные и вежливые сотрудники и в расчётно- справочных окнах и паспортисты, но мало, в основном очень медленно работают, задаёшь вопрос в ответ цоканье, с ремонтом беда, огромные очереди
