We traveled with my husband and two children (8 and 15 years old) to the UAE. The girls at the Pink Elephant travel agency picked up a beautiful hotel for us in Ras al Khaimah on the artificial island of Marjan. We arrived, we were met by representatives of Fan&San (the tour operator), and since there were 4 of us, they took us in a separate car to the hotel. The Movenpeak Hotel turned out to be simply gorgeous, with views of the Persian Gulf in every room. And then the war begins... We are in a panic, a foreign country, flights have stopped. And here I want to note that the Pink Elephant travel agency and Oksana Sergeevna were in touch with us 24/7, they supported us morally and informatively. Omar, the hotel guide, was also in touch all the time, even though he had 90 people besides us. We arranged a separate transfer to the airport, when at the last moment it became clear that our flight was not canceled. And when we finally arrived, Oksana Sergeevna called us first to find out how we were doing and to rejoice at our difficult return. Therefore, I would like to personally thank the Pink Elephant travel agency, Oksana Sergeevna personally, and her excellent team and tour operator Fan&Sun, who really helped people stuck in the UAE. Unfortunately, some travel agencies and tour operators have simply abandoned their tourists. Therefore, when we go on vacation, we will only contact our dear Pink Elephant🥰
